"We (a group of 10) had booked a Limo from Amore Limos for a guided wine tour this weekend and this is how it turned out to be.......................
Lost our way a 3-4 of times during the trip and wasted 30 mins or more because of the wrong turns, but the worst part of it was when the customer service refused to listen to what we had to say, and kept on insisting that we had nothing to complain about, since we had only lost a few minutes....??????
Extremely rude staff and poorly trained Chauffeurs....

"My wife and I booked a Limo from Amore for ourselves and 5 other couples. We did this over 6 months in advance in order to make sure everything went as planned.
The limo was nice and the driver was freindly and courteous. Except for getting continually lost (4-5 times!) and putting us so far off schedule we had to skip one of our stops and buy an extra hour of time.
NOW FOR THE REAL PROBLEM. When I contacted the owner of Amore he was extremely rude and yelled at me repeatedly over the phone. He offered no compensation at all. He said and I quote "You can't have any of your *%@# money back. Ive got all the business I need without your crap."
I would rather walk than use this company again."
