"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Driver never showed up. Tried calling the contact number for the company several times, even left messages. No reply or returned call. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to take a cab."
Limo Service Response: " Please confirm the phone number you tried calling because we had someone in the office all day yesterday. I do apologize for the trouble you had but Alpha Limousine was never notified by limos.com of your ride until 8am this morning. We are really sorry. We have filed a claim with limos.com to investigate the issue, we will also pull phone records from the company, we make sure our costumers always have a pleasant experience with our company and it is very unfortunate that we were not able to service your ride due to not being notified by limos.com."

"On December 2, 2012 my family and I, six of us waited in pouring rain for the limo to show up. They did not! They called us at the time they were due and were an hour out still. We had to jump in our car, all six of us (5 passenger car), and rushed to airport and made our plane by about one minute. And that was rushing and running the entire way. They have not made good on promise to reimburse us and LIMOS.COM has totally shafted us....good luck"
