"We scheduled the 'luxury' limo to celebrate two anniversaries. The driver was fifteen or twenty minutes late, but that wasn't a huge problem. He also was courteous and friendly. However, there was minor body damage on the vehicle - off putting but not a big deal, though I had to ask how a damaged ride fit with the while luxury thing... So, it was an absolutely terrific day (85 degrees). But the inside of the limo was much hotter. The driver informed us that the a/c didn't work, one of the windows didn't function and the other is designed to only roll halfway down. This was a huge problem, and nothing like the luxury we had already paid for. I contacted the owner who agreed to refund our money. Now it really gets frustrating. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (exactly one of which has been returned), my money still has not been refunded. He swears that he has proof of the credit transaction and further promised to forward the confirmation number. I am still waiting for that information and finally have been forced to dispute the transaction thru the cc company. Thoroughly messed up two anniversaries, isn't refunding the money as promised, isn't returning calls or emails and forcing me to expend far too much of my time and energy chasing down the money. Do not use this company, period. There are several other choices, use anyone else."
Limo Service Response: "We had refunded your money and the day was indeed hot and was the first day of the season of it being that hot which required air conditioning. However, it was not known the A/C system was low on coolant and had arrived with the windows up in which case it seemed like a greenhouse inside. We did explain that the vehicle would have cooled down to comfortable levels once we were on the highway. And far as the damage the was a small scrape on the rear drivers side that was barely noticeable that was addressed as a cosmetic issue that you agreed to use before hand. The windows in the rear are only made to go down halfway as with all other Lincoln Towncars. "

"Our limo was 30 minutes late and we had no choice but to drive ourselves and even then we were late for our reservation. I then had to be the DD and was not able to enjoy the evening with the rest of my group. Never met our driver (I believe his name was Dennis) spoke to him on the phone. He said he got stuck in traffic (don't buy it) then the second time he was lost and couldn't find the house. This was a Christmas gift for my Daughter and Son in Law. Yep Ruined."
Limo Service Response: "You had called to cancel service within 19 minutes of the scheduled pickup and our driver was late due to traffic from the Palmer area. We agreed to cancel your request and refunded your amount in full. "
