"Company Billed us for 7 hours when they only did 3 hours worth o service. Because of this, they billed us an extra $300 over the quote they gave us. "
Limo Service Response: "Jake, The extra 3 hours that were charged was for drivetime which was made clear to you at the time of your reservation. We usually don't charge drivetime but your pickup was over 200 miles away from the airport. It took us 3.5 hours to get there. At the time you made the reservation you only reserved the vehicle for 4 hours, and our dispatcher had called you and told you there would be an extra 3.5 hour charge for drivetime because the pickup was so far away. Ace"

"Ace's was fantastic! Both drivers were extremely professional and very gracious... I ended up taking an earlier flight back to DFW and my baggage was at a different gate. The driver (whose name escapes me) was nice enough to drive me to the other gate to get my luggage. I will definitely be using them again!! Thanks guys!!"

"Driver of Escalade showed up in a haze, wearing greasy cloths as though he just finished mechanics effort on an engine, did not speak fluent English, and failed to clean and pick up the vehicle. Also, Escalade was missing hub caps and had car damage. Just expected higher level of service from an Escalade service. "

All our drivers are professional chauffeurs and speak perfect english considering all of them were born in the US, and our vehicles get detailed on a daily basis. "GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! CHAUFFEUR WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL....I live in Sulphur Springs, TX which is 85 miles from the airport. Our driver David was very fun to have a conversation with. He offered and let us stop at a restaurant to pickup food because he saw my kids were hungry and tired. GREAT AND VERY CONSIDERATE. Also was great that the escalade had TV's so my kids were enjoying the ride the whole way...OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVERY TIME!!!"

"I am what you call a frequent traveller. Usually, when I get out of the airport, the limo is waiting for me. This time I have to call the company and the one who answered me has to call the driver. The driver arrived 25 minutes late and on top of that they charged me 28$ because they waited. I was waiting for them not the other way around. This is a terrible experience. I will probably never ride in a limo like this again especially aces."
Limo Service Response: "Client gave the wrong number on limos.com reservation. Driver was on time, and client didn't give us an alternative number. Client didn't contact limos.com or anyone. After 45 minutes of wait time, client ended up calling the office and our dispatcher sent the driver his correct phone number. By the time the client got in the car, driver had already waited for an hour; however, we only charged the client for only 30 minute wait time. Client even booked a return trip with us because he received a very professional service from our driver. "

"The Limousine Company was a no show, for my boss going to the airport at 7:30 a.m. This caused a domino effect creating issues for people involved with meetings, etc. The flight was almost totally missed. Unacceptable."
Limo Service Response: "The client's house didn't have the house number so my driver was actually standing 2 houses down from the client's house. Driver got there exactly at 7:29am and called him. He said client's cell kept going to voicemail. Apparently client was on the line with limos.com at that point and kept ignoring his call. Driver kept calling and finally after waiting for 5 minutes he went and knocked on the door and his neighbor told him the house he was looking for is 2 doors down. He walked up there rang the door bell and kept knocking and no one answered. At 7:45am driver called the client one more time and the client finally picked up and was very belligerent and told him he got in his car and left in his car around 7:30am. "

"Vehicle not well kept. Extremely worn and dirty. Terrible smelled of Cigar smoke. On return ride from airport driver late, in Texas heat not acceptable. Would never use or recommend this company. "
Limo Service Response: "Client's flight landed 40 minutes early. Scheduled pickup time was 8:15pm and driver was in the airport at 8:10pm. Driver was not late. The clients we dropped off prior were at a country side so the car was dirty from the outside. Our vehicles are detailed every morning. There is strictly a non smoking policy in the car so the passenger before was a smoker and he had smoked before getting in the vehicle. However, the driver had sprayed the vehicle before Taylor's group got in. I understand that Texas heat is bad; however, these vehicles don't service just one client a day so they run on a schedule and a flight landing 40 minutes early is hard to accommodate at such last minute but we still try our best. "

"I hired a limo from Ace's Limos for my Wedding. The price they give me was extremely affordable!!!!! There Limousine was amazing, and had a spectacular interior. The initial plan was to go from my house to the reception and back but my wife had a problem with her dress at the last minute. Don drove us around all over and we had to make 5 additional stops, and Ace didn't charge us extra. GREAT COMPANY, AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!.....Oh and the wedding gift they gave us was so unexpected that my wife almost broke out in tears. THANKS AGAIN...Ace's limos you have made me a loyal customer and I will definitely use no one else but you from now on!!!!"

""We rented a Super Stretch Limo from Ace's limousines for our Bachelorette party.We had a blast!!! Our Driver, Don, showed up 15 minutes before the pick up time. He was very friendly and extremely nice and knew about all the different places to go to in Dallas. The inside of the limo looked amazing!!!. The manager gave us a great deal on the price to begin with and we actually went 35 minutes over our booked time, and they didn't charge us extra :).
