"After dealing with Ace Limo, I will never do park-and-shuttle again. From the owner personally answering the phone to the confirmation e-mails, I'm totally impressed with their level of professionalism. Johnny picked us up tonight at Midway on time, without issues. We received a phone call shortly after we landed to confirm our arrival and that the limo was ready when we were. Johnny is a real character and made our drive home very entertaining. "

"Follow up from Sept review: After posting this review, the original rep from Ace that booked the reservation phoned to resolve the situation. He was most apologetic. On 10/6 the payment was credited to my account. While I have no proof of the root cause I'd advise if starting a reservation on Limo's.com that it be completed there as well. It appears there may be a disconnect when getting rate quotes through the site, then reserving directly with the selected company. "

"Actual service was very good and staff and management were friendly and accomodating. Why the bad review? I was double charged on my credit card for the balance of service (nearly $500). After calls and e-mails promising a reimbursement, still nothing. Now my last correspondance hasn't even been acknowledged. I have now disputed the charge through my credit card company. If you use this company (prices and service are good), absolutely do not give them any credit card info!"

"Booked online for 8pm-11pm and was excited for the experience. Got a confirmation call saying everything was set. Also made a special request for a bottle of non-alcoholic wine to be in the limo. Received a call at 7:48 stating the driver will be there in 20 minutes. We had an 8:30 reservation at RIVA at Navy Pier, so I was a little concerned. The limo showed up at 8:12pm. Our driver was nice but immediately informed me that he just got the call last minute. The interior was okay, but definitely not the photo that is shown online. Had controls that were not fully functional. Now onto the drive. . .the driver did not know ANY of the itinerary. So I had to tell him in front of my wife so it ruined the surprise. Then he asks me which route I would like to take, because the (90) is a parking lot. This made me more nervous about how the evening was going to unfold. As we approach our destination he asked if he could turn down the street to the restaurant, I did not know as this was our first time. He stated that it should be around the corner. To our dismay it was about three blocks down. And my wife is wearing heels. When we get to the restaurant we see there is a drop off IN FRONT. We were late for our reservation by 15 minutes. We finished with dinner and were looking forward to him picking us up right in front. I called him and he said he would be right there. I got a call back stating the street was closed off due to cones. We were looking for someone to ask about this, but no luck. So we got up and started walking when we saw the limo pull up in front of us. Then I had to tell the driver where we were going next. This took all the fun and excitement from the evening. We ended the night early because it just wasn't the fun we were looking forward to. It did not ruin our anniversary,but it was our worst ever. "

"Was over an hour late for the pick up so we canceled the reservation and I have had to get my credit card company involved to try and get my money back. I have called numerous times and never gotten any help on the phone. Totally unprofessional, I should have listened to the other reviews of unsatisfied clients. Proceed with caution, might be better to pay more for another company that has good service."

"Limo was requested for a Sweet 16. This was confirmed and they sent the limo with alcohol in the car. Not wise when it's full of underage kids. Limo was a bit filthy inside along with the driver. No working radio or lighting. The kids did not enjoy this. Was promised a refund and have not yet seen it. It was promised to be "in the mail" about a month ago..must be snail mail! Will not use Ace Limos in the future. :("

"While the quoted price and setting it up was extremely easy, just make sure you don't need to cancel at any time! We canceled over a month ago, but have yet to receive our $600 refund. No one at the office will help us, or even return our phone calls. Completely unprofessional-makes me wonder what would have happened if we actually used the service."

"This was by far the worst experience I've had. They were late and the driver looked like he just woke up in his shirt. There was a discreprancy when it was time to pay for the service which was handled very unprofessionally by the driver and his "boss". I'm extremely dissatisfied and will never use nor refer this company to anyone. I am also working on getting my money back. It was that bad."

One driver can make our fleet look bad and I can assure you all of our guys work hard to keep the limos clean and look good.
