"Absolutely avoid. The suggested tips for writing a review ask three questions: 1) Was the driver on time and meet you where expected? Answer: No. 2) Was the vehicle clean and comfortable? Answer: No. 3) Did the vehicle have the amenities expected (refreshments, entertainment)? Answer No. Absolute Luxury Limos missed on all expectations. We paid extra to have the driver meet us in the airport as we were travelling with an infant and had a large number of bags. Not only did the driver not meet us inside, but made us wait outside for 15 minutes while lugging all our bags and our 8-month-old. I paid for a limo to AVOID this exact scenario-- a cab would have been FAR easier. The interior of the SUV was in rough shape-- seats were ragged and seatbelt buckles were broken. The driver was not friendly nor sympathetic to not meeting us insight. When I tried to call to resolve the situation, they were uncooperative. Had they been, I perhaps would have not been inspired to write this review, but whereas they missed on just about everything-- I must advise you to avoid. I will continue to use limos.com, but will not select AbLux again. "
