"Driver did not arrive as planned and we had to take a cab. The service called as we were arriving at our home and was very rude. We then received multiple emails where they were rude and offensive. These guys do not know what customer service means. We will not use their service again."

"Thanks again Omar! The Chrysler 300C limousine I booked for prom was excellent, clean and comfortable. The stereo was awesome! The service was great too. We actually arrived ahead of schedule at the prom. Omar was great, polite, prompt and accomodating. The communication was great and he responded to every question or concern I had, (which, trust me, was a lot!).
