"My wife and I flew into town for the weekend, We used Aaron's American Transportation. Tim met us at the Airport, took us right to our Hotel. Tim was so knowledgeable of the city, we decided to use Tims Service all weekend. Tim was great, we will use Aaron's American Transportation the next time we come into town. I would recomend Aaron's American Transportation."

"I decided to go with Aaron's American Transportation for my sisters bachelorette party because they are a locally owned family business instead of a national chain. This turned out to be a bad decision. I received a phone call 3.5 hours before pick up time telling me that the bus I had scheduled was not working and they would not be able to provide me with a service. The only option I was given was a 10 person limo and I would not be able to use it until later in the evening since it was already booked. I had 15 girls so this option would not work. I was also not given a new rate so I have to assume I was going to be charged the same amount for a 10 person limo as for a 14 person party bus. I asked for a recommendation for another company because of the late notice and they did not try to help me find an alternative. My concern with this company is (1) questionable vehicles, why are they not checked on a regular basis and maintained? (2) There was very little, if any, effort in helping me find a solution to getting 15 girls transported around for the party. Not only was I not able to fully enjoy my sisters bachelorette party because i was constantly on the phone trying to set up cabs, but we had to completely change our plans for the evening. If you do choose to go with this company, i would confirm that their vehicles have been checked recently before deciding. "

Limo Service Response: "Bridget R, I did not know you had 15 girls, our Limo Bus can only hold 14 and had I known you had 15 we would not have rented to you in the first place. When we talked on the phone you said you understood that things happen. We have no idea when a fuelpump will go out. There is no way to check this on a regular basis. I did offer you our Limousine and no I did not change the price, When I taslked about the Limousine , you said no you would use a cab service in your area. We did call instead of just not showing up. We do maintain our vehicles at our local dealership. Somethings are not foreseen, This is the same when it comes to your personal vehicle. How do you know if and when your fuelpump will go out, You do not know nor do we. I did everything in my power to correct the situation for you. You told me no. On the phone you seemed like you undersatood. I do not understand the negativity now when you know I did offer other solutions to help you out."

"Excellent and very prompt communication. Driver was waiting just outside the gate at the airport. Walked off the plane said hello and less than a minute later was in the car and on the way to the hotel. Everything you might want in a car service. Will use again and will recommend to others in our organization. "

"We scheduled Aaron's for a bachelor party and worked out great. Tim was on time for pick up at our hotel and the destination. I had had bad experiences with other limo services in the past so I was a little worried going into this but Tim did a good job in honoring his promises. I would definitely recommend this company. On a side note, I don't know how he does it with a rowdy bunch of guys for a bachelor party...I am sure it can be a challenge but he came through."

"Communication was excellent and all arrangements were easy to make prior to our arrival. Our driver was waiting for us at the predetermined location and he handled everything. We were very pleased with the quality of driving - not too fast, not too slow. We were so impressed with Tim and his attention to detail that we had him handle all our transportation needs while we were in town. We went to the AI concert at the Sprint Center and Tim dropped us off at the restaurant where we had dinner and he picked us up after the concert. Tim did an excellent job and we highly recommend him and his company. Next time we're in KC, you can bet we will call Tim and Aaron's American Transportation. Thank you!!"
