"This is a really hard review to write, because it's completely mixed. The company is great to work with, they have great prices compared to other vendors, the driver (John) was fantastic and overall the service was awesome. I worked with the Eastside office. The catch? Well, we had a group of 12 for a big night out on the town and so we got a 12 person limo. It was a brand new limo so they didn't have information about it on the web site, or at least I couldn't find it. Well, this is a terribly designed limo and 10 people could ride in the main part (fairly tightly) and then 2 people had to ride in jump seats in the back. That back seat space was insanely small and completely separated from the rest of the limo. I am 6'1" and felt cramped and claustrophobic. It was terrible. I had to ask some other people from our party to sit back there and I felt horrible asking them to do so. Imagine promising a group of people a great night out on the town and then realizing 2 people were going to be uncomfortable the whole time riding in the limo. It was not a good situation and there was nothing I could do about it. So, mixed review. I would probably rent from them again, but would ensure that it wasn't in that limo. They also should have told me the set up of the limo before hand. And Lincoln should be ashamed for making a limo like that. I honestly cannot think of a single situation in which anyone would want to ride in those back 2 seats"

"These guys are first class. It was my first time renting a limo and I spent several hours online and on the phone with various services. These guys just kept coming up on top of the heap for price. That being said, I was a little nervous that maybe the lowest price limo I had just hired was going to be an old beat up wreck that stunk like prom queen puke. Boy was I surprised. The car was spotless. The driver (John) was soooo polite and professional I almost felt guilty if I tried to open my own door. He always knew where he was and how to get where ever we were going. They made our outing to dinner and Young Frankenstien the Musical very special. Mel Brooks is a God. So if you are to the limo renting point where you are looking at the reviews you undoubtedly have a stack of paper from your printer in front of you like I did. Put this one on top."
