"This ride was for my elderly parents and 8 year old son. The limo driver dropped them off at the wrong place. I booked for a drop off at 1031 N. State Street which is a restaurant. They were dropped off at 1301 State, which was a hotel. They were confused and had to take a cab to 1031 N. State. It wasn't a great experience from that standpoint. "

"I used A1 Classic Limo twice in five days I was in Chicago and I could not be more pleased with them. The first pick up was from O'Hare Airport going to a hotel in downtown Chicago. They were there when I landed, sent me a text to put my mind at ease. Never felt rushed. Once getting into the car Sam was friendly, professional and just the right mix of chatty and quiet. Flying back to O'Hare I asked to get Sam as my driver again. The ride went just as smooth as the first one. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again."

"I want to let you know about the wonderful service I experienced with you guys. A1 Classic Limo had the best price I found and everyone I dealt with was wonderful from the person scheduling on the phone to our limo driver. Our flight was about 45 minutes late, but our driver was at the luggage area waiting for us with the sign. He helped with the luggage, took us to the car and took us on our way home. I will be using A1 Classic Limo again for my future limo needs and will be recommending them to everyone I know. "

"I had an excellent experience with A1 Classic Limousine Service. I had literally flown around the world stopping in three different time zones in a week and my memory was failing me. Sam picked me up at my hotel with a destination to Ohare Airport. Well, I needed to make an unscheduled stop to pick up my wallet which I left in my office building. To make matters worse, I then realized I forgot to check out of the hotel. Sam, my driver took all of this in stride and I made it to Ohare Airport with plenty of time to spare. Sam was a very personable guy and seems to read the mood of his passenger well. A1 Classic Limousine is my go-to pick for car service in the Chicago Area."
