"Just after filing a review concerning this company on Limos.com I recieved a rude phone call at home from A P Towncar claiming that this review was for another company. Raj stated that A P towncar has only been with Limos.com for 3 or 4 months. Check my review below. This is blatently false and misleading. "The car arrived approximately an hour late, forcing us to change our anniversary dinner reservations, the office did call to inform us of the tardiness due to traffic and that we would have the first hour free. The driver was very professional, I cannot say the same about the office staff. After our event I received multiple calls from the office stating they where having difficulty running my credit card, a quick check of my statement showed they had indeed processed the transaction. I continued to receive calls to which I pointed out to the caller the appearance of the transaction on my statement. I will not use this company again."

"I sent in a detailedrequest of a point to point serivce. They responded via email with a price quote. When I tried to book the order the price had increased because the guy said he couldnt find my email but rememembers my request and said he quoted from the wrong origin destination. When I read the email word for word he said he misinterurprted my original request. After I had read the email clearly explaining the details and asked why he quoted incorrectly, he then proceed to hang up on me. I would never recommend this company I was played with the bait and switch tactic to gain business and I think that is unethical."
