"Was the worst limo experience possible. I had already given my credit card information, and had been there in person twice to confirm my wedding would go smoothly. The day of my wedding, they are asking for me to give them a different credit card, and even threatened my brother-in-law that they would arrest me for non-payment. It was a total fiasco, and I cannot think of how they are still in business."
Limo Service Response: "Mr. Dudley provided a credit card to make the reservation but was not sure how he was going to pay. He could have paid for the service when he came by. No one threatened any body, simply asked who was going to pay for the service. Giving credit card number when making reservations is not authorizing us to charge that is only for confirmation."

"We were quoted one price and EVERYWHERE on the paperwork it said "All pricing Includes Gratuity" I saved up enough cash to pay the amount listed on my paperwork plus a little extra for the driver. After all 27 of us get on the bus I hand the driver the cash, He then tells me that I owe $50 more dollars and said that the Gratuity wasn't included. I had no choice but to pay up. I felt scammed, on top of that he wasn't very polite or nice. When we spoke to management at A 2 Z they wouldn't help out at all. I will tell everybody I EVER meet looking for a limo service to look elsewhere this place is a total scam! ps I tried to show the driver my paperwork, and he wouldn't even look at it."
