"I used First Class Limos for my wedding and reserved a Lincoln Navigator. The seats were cracked and duct taped. The radio, air conditioning and windows/moon roof did not work. 16 people were hot and sweaty after a 40 minute limo ride to the reception.
I e-mailed the webmaster to report my disappointment where he or she basically called me a liar and did not apologize for the poor condition.
I used First Class Limos based solely on reviews that I had seen on websites. I feel it is important that the negatives are also pointed out"

"We had the 20 passenger party bus and it was AWESOME!!! Our driver Ray was great!!! We had terrible weather but he made us feel safe and comfortable on our trip to Cleveland and back. The bus was very clean and everyone had a great time. I would recommend First Class Limos to anyone and plan on using them again in the future.
