How exactly does Limos.com charge?

We charge 99 cents (USD) for each valid lead sent to your email address. What can I expect to pay monthly?

This depends on your fleet, territories, and services served.  Our average customer bill is $75 a month.  At anytime, you can login to your account to make changes; specific account changes will increase or decrease your lead distribution.  In addition, we offer Blackout date scheduling and sleep-mode which allows you to temporarily hide your account.

All our advertising efforts are focused on internet mediums. What about "goofball" leads? Do you charge for them?

No.  Every once in awhile our system encounters people who can best be classified as "jokesters" or "goofballs" --  such submissions (such as a lead with the name "Mickey Mouse") are never charged to your account.  Also, leads which have undeliverable contact information are not charged. Approximately 8% of our submissions will not be charged to your account as our staff will determine them to be invalid for any number of reasons.

Absolutely. In your account mangement center you can configure the minimum & maximum passenger capacity for each vehicle you operate. This ensures you receives leads which match BOTH the vehicle and passenger requirements.  Why pay for clicks and leads when your vehicle can't hold the client's passenger's requirements?  At Limos.com, this does not occur.

We have a minimum 8 hours for prom. Can this be set?

Yes.  Our account management center allows you to configure minimum hours for BOTH vehicles and services.  Again, this ensures that you receive leads which match your EXACT requirements!  You can also designate certain vehicles for certain service types.

Can I schedule limos so they appear only when available?

Yes.  Our system allows you to block-out entire dates and even schedule vehicles within each date. For example, you can specify that your Stretch Excursion is available from 8am - 5pm on March 29th, but booked from 5pm to 12am. Again, this ensures you receive lead opportunities that you can effectively service so your vehicles stay on the road, while maximizing efficiency!  You also can schedule Blackout Dates on days which you want your advertisement to be invisible.

What is Lead-By-Phone?

Lead-by-Phone is our internal call management system which routes caller inquires to our member advertisers.  Each call received from our 800 number is routed to a Limos.com advertiser.  Advertisers bid for each call with the minimum bid starting at $1.99.  This service is completely optional and enrollment is at your discretion.
